Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- You will receive return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
